There is very little time left for the IIT-JEE 2009, and it’s time to give your preparation the cutting edge

IIT-JEEApril 12th is the big day, and planning a strategy is like half the battle won. Here are a few tips:

The countdown begins

IIT JEE is a mental game. You have a scanty time at hand left. Do not touch a new topic; instead, you it’s advisable to brush up whatever you have studied and boost your confidence.
You have to write a three-hour paper one after the other. In order to get acquainted with it, you should attempt as many mock tests as possible in.
Do not try a whole lot of problem as well as complicated problem.

In the groove

  1. Be prepared to face surprises. Read the instructions thoroughly. Any presumptions regarding the number of questions, type of questions and marks is a bad idea. Once you get the question paper, read all the instructions carefully and then plan your strategy. It will make surprises an easy task to be handle.

  2. Each paper in IIT-JEE comprises three subjects. So plan your time judiciously. Remember this is a pocket of thought that will make you feel uncomfortable and strange. But it will save you from any complacency. Mark the difficulty level of questions, and attempt the easy ones first.

  3. Refrain from discussing the paper during the break as this may disrupt the chain of concentration. Also in order to avoid fatigue, avoid heavy food and take lots of liquids.

  4. Do not get stuck in any question. Just move on.
